About the apartment:

Shared use of kitchen, washing machine, and a bathroom in the attic. The bathroom is primarily available for the WG room but is rarely used by guests.

The Aare is only 1 km away and can be reached in about 10 minutes on foot.
Parking spaces are available.
A bus stop (Wichtrach Murachere) is in the immediate vicinity and offers good connections.
Shopping options in Wichtrach and Kiesen are quickly accessible.

By car you can reach:

The center of Wichtrach in 3 minutes (2 km)
The center of Thun in 11 minutes (12 km)
The center of Bern in 24 minutes (24 km)

About the WG:

We place great importance on cleanliness and mutual consideration.
A good balance between privacy and community life is important to us.
Helping to refill the firewood storage is voluntary but appreciated.
We have two cats that do not stay in the attic. This separates the WG room from the rest of the house.
Please note that the room is located in a farmhouse and does not meet the latest standards. In summer it can get over 25°C warm, in winter occasionally below 20°C. However, previous residents have found this pleasant and reported positive effects on the immune system.

Rent: 700 CHF per month
Additional costs:
Shared costs such as electricity and miscellaneous will be divided among the residents.
