Single room for rent - 7137 Flond

In our shared apartment, we have two free rooms available from October 2025. We are looking for one or two roommates of the same age.

We are two young women (21 and 23 years old) working in the region. In addition to us, there are also two cats living in the apartment.

The apartment is located in Flond, a part of Obersaxen-Mundaun, and is easily accessible by bus from Ilanz. There are also public parking spaces available. The apartment spans two floors and has a balcony. The kitchen, living room, and bathroom (one bathroom with a toilet, one bathroom with a bathtub and toilet) are shared. There is a laundry room in the house that can be used.

One furnished and one unfurnished room are available. The furnished room is only available as a seasonal room in winter. The unfurnished room is available all year round. If needed, we can help furnish the room. The rent is shared by the number of people (regardless of whether it is a furnished or unfurnished room). With three people, the rent is about 670.- Fr., with four people about 500.- Fr. Additionally, there is a contribution to the shared apartment fund.

We are looking for someone or two people who are reliable, clean, uncomplicated, and respectful in living together.
