A little about the WG:
Currently, a young, friendly roommate (21) lives in the apartment. She works year-round in the region and contributes to the local economy. You can learn more about the roommate if you are interested.

Location:

• Flond, a quiet village in Obersaxen-Mundaun, easily accessible by bus
• Public parking available

About the apartment:

• Two floors
• New kitchen (installed in September 2025)
• Balcony
• Two bathrooms (1x shower/WC, 1x bathtub/WC)
• Laundry room in the house for shared use

Rent:
2000.- per month, divided among the WG members. Both seasonal and annual rental options are possible.
