Single room for rent - 7000 Chur

The gem is located in the heart of Chur, yet in a quiet area.

It is a maisonette apartment with a laundry room (washing machine & dryer), bike cellar, living room, and a total of three bedrooms.

From early July to early/mid August, my room will be available.

Katja (32), Louisa (28), and Fynn the house cat welcome you to the shared apartment.

Both are open, communicative, and warm-hearted.
Cooking evenings and social conversations are welcome.

Otherwise, it’s the usual daily life with work and sports activities.
