Single room for rent - 6003 Luzern, Waldstätterstrasse 7

A room (14.4 m²) in our 4-person shared apartment will become available on July 1st, 2025.
Our apartment is located on the 3rd floor at Helvetiaplatz in the Neustadt district of Lucerne. Grocery stores (Migros and Coop) are right on our doorstep, and the train station is a 5-minute walk away. There are also many restaurants and bars in the surrounding area.

Your flatmates:

• Selena is 23 years old and has lived in the shared apartment for a little over a year. She works as a construction supervisor for a Lucerne construction company. In her free time, she enjoys taking care of her plants and doing a lot of sports.
• Manon is 26 years old and works in marketing for a city hotel in Lucerne. She loves to travel – she only returned from a six-month trip in April. When she's not traveling, she enjoys peace and quiet, paints, or reads. What's always on her schedule are group fitness classes at the gym next door – feel free to join. :)
• Lucia is 22 years old and would like to become a graphic designer. She loves thrifting in second-hand shops, listens to hip-hop, techno, jazz, and rock, and likes to spend her time in cafes. Occasionally, she can also be found in bars. At home, she enjoys watching movies. If you feel like it, Lucia is open to doing things together.

We are looking for an open and communicative person who is roughly our age. We occasionally cook together or meet spontaneously in the apartment, but everyone also lives their own life and enjoys the peace and quiet.
