I am 33, employed and looking for a roommate for my furnished 3.5-room apartment in Arbon. The room is about 11 m², quiet and partially furnished (bed available if desired). The rest of the apartment is fully furnished (kitchen, living room, bathroom with washing machine/dryer/dishwasher).

Rent:

800 CHF/month including utilities, Serafe, etc.

Deposit: 2 months' rent

I am rather quiet and looking for someone between about 25-40, who is reliable and tidy. I prefer uncomplicated shared living, without obligations – but respectful and friendly.
