Single room for rent - 8057 Zürich

A room will become available in our lovely 3-person flatshare starting June 25, and we're looking for a new flatmate who fits in well with us.

The Room:
The room is spacious and bright, with enough space for a bed, desk, and wardrobe. It has two large windows and direct access to our small balcony with a beautiful view of the forest.

The Apartment:
Our apartment is on the 2nd floor (no elevator). We share a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, and a separate toilet. Wi-Fi is of course included. There's also a washing machine and dryer in the basement, which are shared but almost always available.

The Location:
The area is very quiet, just a few minutes from the Tram stop Waldgarten (2 stops from Irchel). It takes about 25 minutes to Zurich HB or Bellevue, and 20 minutes by bus to Oerlikon station. Supermarkets like Coop, Aldi, and Migros are also reachable within 5–20 minutes by tram or bus.

About Us:
• Sara (23) is from South Tyrol (Italy), works as a nurse in Zurich, enjoys cooking, being outdoors, and spending time with friends.
• Jannik (32) is from Germany, works in IT, and often works from home.

About You:
You should be reliable, tidy, and easy-going. Ideally between 20 and 30 years old.

Rent:
The monthly rent is CHF 2420, all-inclusive.
