Single room for rent - 9000 St. Gallen, Brühlbleichestrasse 7

From 1st of July onwards for an unlimited duration. I have finished my studies and I'm moving away from St. Gallen. Anyone is welcome, but HSG students are preferred.

Central location right next to the Olma and 10min walk away from the university of St. Gallen. Rent is 370chf (heating + water included) plus electricity ~12chf and WiFi ~12chf (the wifi is super fast, but overpriced so you can change it when you move in if you want).

The room is 14sqm and fully furnished (all the furniture in the pictures is included), the computer Monitor is also included! You must purchase these with the room for 400chf (I paid well over 600chf 2 years ago). The desk is new and is electronically adjustable to sit or stand.

The apartment has four people (students) who share the large living room, kitchen and the bathroom. The kitchen has a dishwasher and an extra freezer for shared use! The living room has a working fireplace.

The entire building is mainly for students and has a shared whatsapp group. There is also a laundry room, storage room, and a bike room.

The SERAFE tax for the apartment is pre-paid until 2.2026 and you have to pay me your share of it (80chf). You have to pay it to me upfront even if you are swiss and "living with you parents", but after this period you can do as you wish.

The apartment has two main co-tenants. You will likely be one of them, but ultimately this depends on the landlord and who he chooses.
