Single room for rent - 9008 St. Gallen, Lettenstrasse 1

Hello everyone,
I am Karalina and searching a woman for my room which would be free on the first of July. My exchange year will end in the middle of june, so if you need the room early you can just contact me. We are now 2 women speaking english, german (just me) and italian (just my roomate). We have space for 3. We look for a nice and friendly woman, who leaves the place clean.

The room: The room has a desk and a table, a bed, a lot of storage because of the wardrobe and the dresser, two cute carbets and a wooden floor. In the little dresser and also under the bed you find pillows and blankets, so you don´t have to bring any, but pillocases and blanket covers would be good. :)

In the WG you have everything you need:
- A bathroom with a bathtub and a window
- A kitchen with a coffee machine, toaster, a kettle, pans and pots, a microwave, an oven, stove, a big table with 4 chairs, a lot of space to store food, a refrigerator and a little freezer
- A basement: We have a basement room were you can leave your suitcases and a laundry room, which everyone of the house uses. There you find a washing mashine, a dryer and also a list were you can chose the dates to wash your clothes.

Location:
- Nearby we have a Trainstation (St.Fiden Bhf)
- Several Bus Stations (the nearest is Kolloseumstrasse)
- A quiet place, but with good connections to the city St. Gallen
- Migros and Denner are 7-15 minutes walk away
