Single room for rent - 6003 Luzern, Sentimattstrasse 6a

We are looking for a friendly and uncomplicated female roommate for a beautifully located room directly on the Reuss. Our large 7-person shared apartment is quiet, yet well connected: The bus stop Gütsch can be reached in about 5 minutes on foot, from there you can reach the Lucerne train station in about 10 minutes.
The room is cozy and offers a nice view of the Gütsch. In addition, the apartment has a large terrace that invites to joint evenings in the summer. The room will be available from the beginning of September and is to be rented indefinitely.

The rent is 425.- CHF per month, including all additional costs (internet, electricity, water, washing machine, etc.). Not included is the cleaning service, which keeps the common areas clean once a week – we all contribute a small amount for this.

Currently, there are six people of different ages with diverse interests and backgrounds living in our shared apartment. We come from various professional backgrounds, enjoy being active, spending a lot of time outdoors, and appreciate a relaxed, respectful coexistence.
