Single room for rent - 6003 Luzern, Stollbergstrasse 10

I am looking for a subtenant for my room from August 10th to November 30th, as I will be traveling during this period. We are looking for an open-minded, uncomplicated female-identifying person. You will be living with Rahel (25) and Shayenne (26).

The room is approximately 20 m2 and very bright. It is fully furnished, but can also be emptied on request. Kitchen, bathroom, living room and balcony are shared. There is also a cellar compartment, attic and laundry room with drying room.

The apartment is located directly at the Kanonenstrasse bus stop and is a 10-minute bus ride from Lucerne train station. A Denner supermarket is a 2-minute walk away. The Reuss river is 5 minutes away and the Gütschwald forest is right on the doorstep.
