Single room for rent - 6415 Arth

Hi everyone,
My roommate has to move due to work reasons. For this reason, I, Markus 35 (physiotherapist) am looking for a new roommate.
There are 2 bedrooms, of which you will have the large one. A huge living-dining area with a fantastic terrace. From everywhere we have a view of Rigi Kulm and Rossberg.
The bus stop is a 2-minute walk, the lake is a 5-minute walk.
My day starts early and ends late. Therefore, I am only home to sleep. Once a month, I am in Germany for 4-7 days for work - free reign for you.
I personally lead by example regarding sports and nutrition and like to speak Australian English.
I would wish for someone who is also just easy-going.
