In our huge loft with 2 roof terraces, 2 living rooms, and a lift directly into the apartment, 2 rooms will be available at the beginning of September. Room number 1: The charming tower room with direct access to the roof terrace. Room number 2: The spacious room with its own bathroom.

The tower room (No. 1) is 18m² in size, located above the apartment, and is only accessible via the upper terrace or the staircase. The two bathrooms are located on the lower floor. It is particularly quiet and has a brilliant view of the Rigi and the Pilatus with direct access to the terrace.

The spacious, bright room No. 2 is 42m² including its own bathroom.

The apartment is fully equipped with a projector, billiard table, fireplace, grill, steamer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, etc.

The Migros, a bakery, and a pizza/kebab place are next door, and the bus stop is right at the front door. It takes 5 minutes to the train station by bus, and you can walk to Ufschötti in 5 minutes.

We are three working women aged between 25 and 34.

We are not looking for a purpose-driven roommate, but enjoy spending time together - whether cooking together, having cozy evenings on our terrace, or chatting about everyday life. If the weather is nice, we also like to go jogging together or jump into the lake to cool off.

The rent for room No. 1 is CHF 750.- and for room No. 2 CHF 1200.- including internet and all possible consumables/utility costs. Since 2 out of 3 main tenants are moving out, we are dependent on new main tenants.
