In the cozy 3.5-room apartment (we live together) a room (approx. 15 m2) will be available from August 1, 2025. The apartment is located on the 4th floor, is super quiet and yet right in the popular Neustadt district – great location, many cafés and shops nearby.

The available room is about 15 m2, bright and unfurnished upon moving in. The apartment has large windows – in the morning light comes through the kitchen and the living room (northeast), and in the afternoon through the other side of the living room and the bedroom. It’s only a 7-minute bus ride (line 4) or a 5-minute bike ride to Lucerne train station.

The apartment also has two cozy balconies (one small, connected to the kitchen, and a second larger one off the living room).

I am Juan, 28 years old, and I am a medical technology engineer and an active, open person. I work from home two days a week, and on weekends I am often out and about – especially when the weather is nice :). I am sociable, appreciate a good conversation, but also respect personal space.

I am looking for a respectful, clean, and uncomplicated person with whom one can get along well and have a nice cohabitation :)
