The room is
available from August 1, 2025, or by arrangement preferably earlier. The room is bright and spacious (approx. 18 m2) and quiet due to its garden-side location. Your balcony door allows you direct access to your own balcony section, which you can design according to your wishes. It has a parquet floor, two built-in wardrobes, many sockets, and has the currently fastest Wi-Fi connection. The additional costs are not included in the rent (approx. 50.- per month for Serafe, Swisscom, electricity, and water are additional).

The apartment is
a very spacious 6-room apartment. We have a new living kitchen, where all appliances are up to date and invite you to cook and bake. We have two newly renovated bathrooms, each with a bathtub. If we exceptionally have guests who want to stay overnight, they will find space in the guest room. Our living room offers almost 40 m2 of space for cozy evenings and has Swisscom TV and a projector. On the 4 balconies, you can relax, grill, and enjoy the sun. Or you can use the large lawn area and terrace. The large cellar and attic provide enough storage space.
In just 5 minutes on foot, you can reach: numerous shopping opportunities, Bümpliz Nord train station, and the tram stop Post of line 7 (+ 5 to 10 min. ride to Bern main station), fields and forests that invite jogging, cycling, etc. By bike, it takes about 10 minutes to the center or to the university, and Moonliner stops almost directly in front of the door on weekends.
Before moving in, a rental deposit of 2 months' rent and the first rent must be paid to the landlord.

We are looking for
a woman or man between 25 and 40 years old, German-speaking, who enjoys talking with the other flatmates when they meet, but does not seek a family replacement or an intense flat-sharing life. It is important to us that you want to reliably adhere to our agreements, but are also flexible for new regulations (cleaning, shopping, disposal, etc.).

We are
49 years old, male, social pedagogue and operations manager of a day school, / 30 years old, male, security staff of a Bern museum / 31 years old, male, doctor in research.
We enjoy not living alone and maintaining a situational exchange, but we are not a party flat and prefer it to be a bit quiet.
