I'm looking for a tenant for our 3-person shared apartment starting June 1, 2025.

Your room is unfurnished, 16 m², very quiet, and overlooks the inner courtyard. Monthly rent is CHF 1,050, including utilities.

This modern 4.5-room apartment boasts a great location: It's close to the highway entrance, a 2-minute walk to Horw train station, and a 5-minute walk from various shops. The lake is a 15-minute walk, the university is just 5 minutes away, and you can reach the city in 10 minutes by bike or public transport. The nextbike station is just around the corner.

The apartment is partially furnished in the shared areas. Furthermore, the modern and bright apartment impresses with high-quality materials, such as oak parquet flooring, Miele appliances in the kitchen, and a laundry tower in the utility room.

The apartment has a large balcony with unobstructed green space and a view of Mount Pilatus. There is also storage space available in the dry basement. You will be living with a 37-year-old man and a 42-year-old woman. She is an easygoing, open-minded, and tidy roommate. When she's not at work, she likes to be out and about. He is more of a laid-back type and is almost always at home in the evenings, but also occasionally out and about, mostly in Germany.

There is the option to take over a large wardrobe in the room for CHF 500.
