I am moving out on June 20 and looking for a new tenant starting from June 20. The move-in is flexible, meaning you can also move in on July 1. The apartment has many windows, meaning it is very bright all day long. You share the bathroom with your roommate. In your bathroom, you have a laundry tower and a walk-in shower. You also have a balcony with a view of Pilatus :) - Central Emmenbrücke, 1 minute to Emmenbrücke train station - 5 minutes by train to Lucerne - Several gas stations nearby and an Avec at the train station that is open late. - McDonald's, gym, LIDL, Subway, cinema, bowling, and many restaurants are also in the block! - The neighbors are very pleasant and we don't hear any noise. - Elevator - Emmencenter is 2 minutes by bus or 10 minutes on foot.
