Single room for rent - 6005 Luzern

Due to the departure of my previous roommate, I am looking for a new subtenant for the vacant room in my 3-room apartment. (2-person shared flat)

The apartment is in good condition in a somewhat older building near the ice rink in Lucerne. I will provide you with the exact address in a second step.

No parking space is available and larger pets (dogs, cats) are not allowed.

The apartment is well located:

Lucerne train station: 10" by bus

well-frequented bus stop: 2"

Migros: 5" on foot

Lake: 5" on foot

About me: (m, 30)
I am a quiet, rather introverted person who is employed and therefore is rarely at home during the day. Otherwise, I spend a lot of time in nature or doing sports. When I am at home, I prefer to keep it calm.

About you:
You should be around my age and be able to speak German.
