Single room for rent - 6006 Luzern, Abendweg 22

The room you are subletting is 10m2 in size and is part of a 4-room apartment in the quiet Wesemlin district near the old town of Lucerne. The room is furnished and will be rented from August to January, as Céline is on an exchange semester. The apartment has a small living/dining room, a kitchen with a dishwasher, a bathroom, and a spacious, sunny balcony, as well as a small kitchen balcony. The apartment is centrally located yet in a quiet environment.

We are looking for an open, sociable, and uncomplicated person between 25 and 39, for whom order is not a foreign word, who takes consideration for their roommates, and who wants to live in a shared apartment where one occasionally eats together and does something together - but also respects each other's privacy.

You would live in a 3-person shared apartment with Lukas, a landscape architect for the city. We are currently in the final decision round for the second person.

Our shared apartment thrives on a relaxed, open atmosphere. In our free time, we all enjoy being outdoors - whether on racing bikes, climbing, hiking, or on ski tours. In addition, we enjoy good food, relaxed coffees on the balcony, and occasionally also joint activities. We are open and uncomplicated and look forward to getting to know you.
