The 3.5-room apartment on the 6th floor is spacious with a cozy living room and an open, fully equipped kitchen. We have our own generous rooftop terrace with a great view of the mountains.
The free room is 3m x 4.5m in size, with a view of the forest (quiet location). The room is furnished with a bed, dresser, clothes rack including mirror, bookshelf, cabinet, and an E-piano.
The apartment is located in a quiet residential area in Bruch-Quartier, close to the city center. Shopping options (Migros, Coop, and Aldi) are reachable within 2 minutes.
You will share the apartment with Lara, 26 years old. She works in healthcare, plays in an orchestra, and enjoys being outdoors by the lake or in the mountains during the summer. Ideally, we would like to rent the room to a woman (non-smoker) of a similar age who enjoys winding down the evening on the balcony with a shared dinner, but also respects when someone needs a quiet evening.
Costs: 1110.- per month (including utilities)
