Single room for rent - 6020 Emmenbrücke

Hello everyone!

We are looking for a new subtenant starting July 1st for our wonderful apartment at Wattenwylstrasse 4 in Emmenbrücke.

Our offer: An unfurnished room with private bathroom including shared use of office, living room, kitchen, and storage.

The apartment is 120m2 large, has its own washing tower, a large terrace, and was newly built in December 2023. The public transport connections are also great (e.g. Gersag - Lucerne in just 9 min by train)

We like it clean and tidy and are looking for someone who keeps it that way.

Room price: 1100.-, weekly residents are preferred (we both speak fluent English).
