Single room for rent - 6003 Luzern

I am moving out of my beautiful shared flat in Lucerne on 01.07.2025 and am looking for a female tenant to take over my room and be added to the existing rental agreement. Your future roommate is Olivia, who also lives here.

The 3-room apartment is located on Gibraltarstrasse in the quiet Neustadt district, on the 2nd floor of a well-maintained building. There is a washing machine and a dryer in the apartment as well as a separate kitchen and a bathroom. The rooms also stay pleasantly cool in summer – a big plus!

The room is bright and quiet, and if you wish, you can take over some of my furniture (for a small fee):
– white wardrobe
– white chest of drawers
– shelf opposite the bed
Individual pieces of furniture from the living room could also be taken over.

The rent is 800–850 CHF/month, depending on the agreement.
The landlord is Lisbeth Weber from Kriens.

We are looking for a woman who is interested in a relaxed shared living experience with Olivia and is moving in from July.
