In our 4-person shared apartment in the beautiful Bruchquartier, a room will be available from the end of July. A great old building apartment with lots of charm and space.

About the room:

The room is 18.2m, with two soundproof large windows and a great floor - perfect for feeling comfortable. The rent is 920.-/month including additional costs, internet, TV, and a cleaning lady for the common room.

About the apartment:

Super centrally located, quick access to the train station, many nearby shopping opportunities, bars, cafes, and public transport. The apartment is quite large, with a shared kitchen, living room, and 2 bathrooms. There is also a lovely little garden with a table and chairs to chill out.

About us:

You will be living with Jenny (29, teacher), Federico (29, self-employed, camper conversion) and Lynn (26, veterinarian). We are all professionally active, appreciate a pleasant togetherness, good conversations in the kitchen, and occasionally our peace. We are looking for someone who is not just looking for a room, but also a cozy home.
