The apartment is a true gem and is located right by the bus stop Kantonalbank, so it is super conveniently located yet quiet. It is on the 5th floor, but don't worry, there is an elevator. The apartment consists of three bedrooms, a living room, a small dining room/office, a bathroom with shower-bathtub and toilet, a separate toilet, a private washing tower, and a dishwasher. The centerpiece of the apartment is the large rooftop terrace, which we can use together with the other tenants. Additionally, there is a small attic for extra storage space.

Your room is about 14.5m2 in size and has a beautiful wooden floor, giving the room a lovely atmosphere. It is the middle of the three rooms and, like all bedrooms, faces the courtyard. The room is available from August 1, 2025.

Currently, two guys (Jakob and Emre, both 28) are subletting in the shared apartment. Whether both will still be in the apartment by the time you move in is currently open. What is certain is that you would move in as the new main tenant and can help decide on the future design of the shared apartment. We can clarify what furniture can be taken over during a short meet-up.

In the shared apartment, we like to spend an evening together with a dinner, while at the same time, we value peace and retreat options. Order, cleanliness, and respectful interaction with each other are also important to us.
