The apartment is located in a central location in the heart of Lucerne and offers excellent public transport connections. In just one minute you can walk to the nearest stop, and the main train station is only 10 minutes away. Shopping facilities are also in the immediate vicinity: Both a Migros, Coop, and an ALDI are reachable in just 3 minutes on foot.
You have direct access to the Sonnenberg, ideal for walks and outdoor activities. Bruchstrasse, where the apartment is located, has various cafés, restaurants, bars, and shopping options. In addition, there are numerous cultural institutions in the area that enrich urban life in Lucerne. This ideal location combines urban amenities with proximity to nature, making the apartment particularly attractive.

Shared living:
I would describe life in our 3-person shared apartment as a harmonious mix of communal living and individual freedoms. We, Reto, Daniel, and I (Anna), are all in our late 20s to mid-30s and share not only the same life phase but also similar values and interests. Openness, honest, and direct communication are our top priorities.
Our enthusiasm for outdoor activities is something we all carry in our hearts. Whether skiing, hiking, or simply enjoying nature – we love being outdoors. Since our actual roommate (Karlijn) will not return until the end of September and I (Anna) am moving out due to my sublet in August, we are looking for someone who wants to temporarily become part of our shared apartment. We always look forward to joint activities, even if it is not always easy to find time for them in everyday life. When we manage to do so, it is always super nice, and we often find evenings to eat or cook together.
A certain sense of cleanliness is an important point for all of us. We do not have a cleaning schedule, and the photos in our ad reflect the condition of the apartment in everyday life. We are happy if this also means something to you.
