We are a total of 4 roommates and a cat. Patrick is 55 years old and the founder of the shared apartment. Jacob is 69 years old and commutes between Zurich and Bern. Benjamin is 29 years old and works the early shift. The cat needs a few strokes now and then. Otherwise, the 18-year-old Moudi is a leisurely wanderer. The apartment is 170 m2 large. It is a more upscale shared apartment, which is well furnished and located in paradise directly next to the Aare river. We offer a living and dining room with a wood-burning stove, two bathrooms, a modern kitchen, a guest room and an 11-meter-long balcony. We share the laundry room with the other tenant of the house. In the separate storage room, each roommate may occupy a space and store bicycles. We are looking for a solvent and self-confident single person. Students and weekly residents are particularly well suited for this room. We are open to young and old, hetero or homo. The additional costs also include the internal WG costs as a flat rate. We know a compensation model for the household chores of the WG to be done. How it works, we explain during the viewing.
