Single room for rent - 8103 Unterengstringen, Widenbüelstrasse 5c

Hello everyone, I am Elaine, 35, and I am looking for a new roommate. My current roommate is moving due to a job change.

I am often away, and you will have the apartment to yourself quite often. The apartment is located on the 1st floor of a listed farmhouse; I was the first to move in a few years ago, and the apartment is of ownership standard.

The room is unfurnished except for a large white IKEA PAX with sliding doors, which can be used.

From Unterengstringen, there is a bus connection to Schlieren & Altstetten every 15 minutes, the Limmat is within walking distance, and the bakery is open almost every day of the year except for 3 days :)
