The common areas:
The apartment was freshly renovated in 2023 and is therefore in super condition. The kitchen is well equipped (dishwasher, steam oven, microwave) and offers enough space for the supplies of three people. Additional storage space is available in a separate pantry with an extra freezer.
The living room is especially cozy in winter with the fireplace. A projector for watching movies is also available.
The apartment has two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, toilet, washing machine, dryer. The other with shower and toilet.
The highlight of the apartment is the 54m2 large balcony (roof terrace) with a nice view towards Limmattal. A part is covered, so you can also sit outside in bad weather. If you have a green thumb, you would surely have enough space for your plant projects!

Your room
The room is 11 m2 large and equipped with a bed and wardrobe. You are also welcome to bring your own furniture.

Location
The connection to public transport is very good. In 300m (3 min on foot) you are at the tram stop Reitmen (line 20). There is also a Spar and Coop Pronto to be found there. Lidl and Migros are also not far away.
With the bike, it takes only 5 minutes to get to Schlieren train station. A bus line (line 302) is also just two streets away.
For leisure activities, many things are easily accessible. With the bike, you can reach the Limmat, a bouldering/climbing hall, or a gym in 5 minutes. Dominik is regularly there and can highly recommend the facilities!
At the S-Bahn station (also easily accessible), there is also a Vitaparcours.

Roommates
About Dominik:
I am 36 years old and work as a primary school teacher in a 5th grade. After work, I like to do sports (e.g. swimming, jogging, or fitness), listen to podcasts, or read a book. On weekends, I like to be outdoors or make myself comfortable at home with a movie. I am always open to joint activities with the roommates. However, I have no expectations in this regard.
I rarely retreat to my room when I am at home. However, I fully understand if you handle it differently.

About Lewin:
I am 31 years old and work at SBB. In my free time, I like to be outdoors, especially hiking and mountaineering. I also enjoy furthering my education in many ways, for example, I am currently learning French and trying to improve my English. I also like to do something together – whether it’s an outing in nature or a relaxed evening in the shared apartment, for example with a homemade curry. However, due to my work, I have changing working hours and depending on the week, it may be that we do not meet often.

Cleanliness
It is important to both of us that you also want to live in a tidy apartment and that you are therefore open to a cleaning schedule or other agreements on cleanliness.
