All monthly room prices include ALL possible additional costs and services in Switzerland: room heating with heat pump, hot/cold water, electricity, Wi-Fi for home office, 280 TV channels on the TV devices, in the room on tablet, SERAFE fees, waste disposal, first bedding, textiles in kitchen and sanitary rooms, cleaning cupboard with vacuum cleaner, cleaning tools, cloths and cleaning agents for your own room.

Every week, kitchen, sanitary and common areas, staircases are cleaned several times by our housekeeping.

We offer Swiss or foreign C/B residents a full main residence. Weekly residents or cross-border commuters are also welcome. Our houses are recognized as an official registration address by the residents' registration office and the migration office in Aarau.

Our entire house and all rooms are SMOKE-FREE. In the interest of a pleasant living atmosphere, we look forward to residents without excessive alcohol or drug consumption.
