The room is bright with morning sun and is located in a cosmopolitan and uncomplicated friendly shared apartment with a love of the environment. The apartment looks directly onto the edge of the forest at Käferberg and both by bike and public transport you are in 10 minutes everywhere in the city (Bucheggplatz 😁). It corresponds to the latest building standard with two balconies and its own washing machine and tumble dryer. We are: Theres (26, German teacher, loves to bake, likes to meet colleagues), Michael (29, mechanical engineer, ski touring, hiking, kiting, surfing) and Lukas (29, environmental engineer with his own garden, regularly does sports at ASVZ). The room belongs to me, Lena. Theres and Michael have just moved in, which is why the shared apartment doesn't have any established rules yet ;) Basically, we are looking for someone who actively participates in shared apartment life, but we all need an evening for ourselves sometimes :) We would be very happy to have a good time with you and make friends. Rental period: Move-in from the beginning of June (Probably on 01.06., flexible from 23.05.). The rent for the room is 1106 Chf/month, for additional costs there are about 30 Chf more. The deposit is divided among 4 people, resulting in 3300 CHF, which you would have to deposit in a joint deposit account.
