Single room for rent - 5212 Hausen AG

From July 1st, 2025, or by arrangement, we are looking for a female flatmate for a shared flat in the center of Hausen AG. We are a dad and his 7-year-old son. We live in a 4-room apartment. I work part-time in the hospitality industry, my son goes to kindergarten and is with me 50% of the time, and 50% with his mom. In our free time, we like to go on excursions into nature and to the mountains, but we also like to stay at home. We are interested in technology, well-connected technically and always interested in diverse music and parties. Since our family is split, the apartment will also be rearranged a bit. You are welcome to contribute your ideas, but you don't have to.

The rent is 979.- Swiss francs. This includes the following:
Heating costs, water, electricity, internet, landline connection, Serafe fee, existing furniture on request/depending on the situation. A parking space is NOT included, but can be rented additionally. However, there are very good bus connections to Brugg train station and also to the University of Applied Sciences Northwestern Switzerland in Windisch.
