We (all in our mid-20s) are looking for a new roommate for our nice 3-person shared apartment near the old town. The room is available from 01.07.2025.

• Ground floor with large terrace (approx. 80m2) facing the inner courtyard
• Two separate toilets
• Own washing machine and dryer plus drying room in the basement
• Storage room and bicycle room in the basement
• 5 minutes from the train station by bike
• Direct bus connection (line 1) in front of the door
• All shops within walking distance

Additional costs (included in the stated price)

• Internet: approx. 10 CHF / month
• Administration costs: 100 CHF / month
• Reserve for unplanned expenses: 30 CHF / month

We are:
A cozy student shared apartment in the heart of Winterthur. Our apartment should offer a home where you feel comfortable. We are very active, like to do things and are outdoors. We would be very happy if you actively participate in the shared apartment life and look forward to joint activities, whether it's sports, in the city or a cozy dinner and a glass of wine/beer on our terrace.
