Single room for rent - 5004 Aarau

In our 4-room apartment in the beautiful Telli district in Aarau, a furnished room (approx. 3.5 x 5.5 m) is available. The room is bright, cozy, beautifully furnished with a bed, desk, and wardrobe, and is slightly separated from the other rooms, providing additional privacy. The location is quiet and offers a nice view of greenery.
The apartment is large and features a shared living room with a large dining table as well as a fully equipped kitchen. There are two bathrooms: one with a bathtub, sink, and toilet, the other with a sink and toilet. A washing machine and dryer are available in the apartment. The public transport connection is very good, and shopping facilities are nearby.
We are a small, warm family – a mother who works full-time and two sons aged 10 and 12. We are respectful, quiet, and open, and we look forward to meeting a friendly person who fits well with us.
We are looking for a student or a person who lives in Aarau during the week. Reliability, consideration, and respectful interaction are important to us. Unfortunately, pets are not possible, and a non-smoking person is preferred.
The room is located in Aarau, in the Telli district. The move-in date is negotiable.
