The apartment is located directly on the edge of the forest. The Aarau train station can be reached by bus in 20 minutes, and the bus stop is a one-minute walk from the front door. The Binzenhof S-Bahn station is about a 20-minute walk away. There is a small grocery store in the neighborhood.
The apartment includes a balcony with seating. The furnished room is equipped with a bed, a small sofa, and a wardrobe. Additionally, there is a shared room with a desk and bookshelf available. The bathroom, kitchen, and living room are shared with a roommate. The house has a laundry room with a washing machine, dryer, and drying rooms.

I am Laura and I am traveling for three months. During my absence, I am looking for a subtenant to live with my roommate Roshani. Roshani studied psychology and is currently working as an MPA. She enjoys singing, often bakes, and is a big musical and Disney fan. :)
