The room is in a 5 1/2-room apartment on the first floor. The flat has two bathrooms, a living room, a dining area, a balcony, a cellar compartment, a storage room for bicycles, and a laundry room with a drying room. If needed, a garage space can be rented additionally. The room itself is about 15 m² in size.

We are looking for a new roommate who is willing to take over the main lease.

Currently, we have booked a cleaning service once a week for the communal areas (which costs an additional CHF 110 per month per person) which can be (but does not need to be) continued.
