Single room for rent - 8610 Uster, Talweg 5

A WG room will be available in our beautiful apartment from June 19th or by arrangement. The room is approx. 24 m^2 with a large window. The maisonette apartment has a beautiful large living room with kitchen. There are 2 bathrooms (1 with shower, 1 with shower and bathtub), a laundry tower in the apartment, a dishwasher, several storage rooms with sufficient storage space. The apartment is in Oberuster, 6 minutes by bike to the train station, from there 15 minutes to Zurich HB. But you are also very quick in the forest, near Helsana-Trail, Römerbrünneli, public fire pits etc.

Your future roommates would be Mirjam, Sarah and Pallmie (all around 30) and of course our 2 WG cats Vicky and Mü.
Mirjam currently works at the Schauspielhaus, but will soon start training as a physiotherapist. She likes to move around a lot. She is also mega creative and can make almost everything herself, from clothes to furniture.
Sarah recently passed her Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering and works in Formula 1. She also enjoys climbing, has a green thumb and is always up for a discussion about anything and everything.
Pallmie is an environmental scientist and passionate mountaineer. Together with Mirjam he is always in the mountains, from ski touring to wild camping.

WG life is a good mix of community and retreat.
It's best if you have WG experience and are about the same age. From October there might be the possibility to take over the main rent.

In addition to the rent, there are also smaller monthly costs for general food (such as oil, salt, etc.).
