I am a woman, non-smoker, 59 years old and experienced in shared living. I am looking for a woman as a roommate who also does not smoke and is reliable. I appreciate good conversations, but I also like to have time for myself. I live environmentally conscious and rather modest. My interests: cinema (Qtopia, Filmpodium, Xenix) + MUBI subscription, books (Bibi Uster and PBZ), music: I have a piano with a mute and a classical guitar. I am politically interested and engaged. And a reader of the Republic 🙂 The room is bright, 14m2 in size, in a sunny, spacious, and quiet 4.5-room apartment in a new building, with parquet flooring throughout. The Uster train station is a 6-minute walk away. The room has its own bathroom. The room is currently partially furnished and has a large wardrobe, a large bed (140cm wide), and a pull-out desk. The apartment is on the first floor, has a spacious living kitchen with a dishwasher, a balcony, and features a semi-private corridor. In the basement, there are 2 washing machines and 2 drying rooms for house 4 (7 households), washing is possible at any time (no washing schedule). The rent includes 80.- additional costs. (Internet, TV, telephony, Serafe, electricity, hot water, and heating) I live in a housing cooperative, the neighbors are always there for each other.
