Single room for rent - 9000 St. Gallen, Stauffacherstrasse 5

A room will become available in our apartment temporarly at the beginning of May until end of August or by arrangement. We are looking for one or two people.
The room is unfurnished (a clothes rack and a desk can be taken over for free) and has a good 16m2 (approx. 4.1x4.1). There is additional storage space behind one wall. The window faces southwest.
Right next to the room is a fully equipped bathroom for exclusive use.
The apartment is large, located on the top floor and appears very spacious due to the high ceilings. The balcony offers a beautiful view over St. Gallen.
The apartment can be reached on foot from the train station in 5 minutes. It is 10-15 minutes to the city and 15 minutes to the university.
A trainee lawyer (26) and a doctoral student (28) also live in the apartment. We are also a couple. In September an other trainee lawyer (26) will move in additionally. We are always available for a dinner together or a cozy evening.
The price per month includes all utilities without additional charges.
