The apartment is located at Obergütschrain 5 – an idyllic, quiet neighborhood with plenty of nature right on your doorstep. Sonnenberg is just a 10-minute walk away, and Lucerne city center is only a 10-minute bus ride away. The bus stop is a 2-minute walk away. The apartment is on the 5th floor (with elevator) and boasts a modern kitchen and a newly renovated bathroom (2020). The living room invites you to linger and offers access to the sunny balcony – perfect for an after-work drink! There's also plenty of storage space thanks to a private basement compartment, as well as a drying room and bike room.
