The room is 13.17 m^2 large, furnished for subletting (bed, bookshelf, dresser, open wardrobe), modernly furnished, bright. The apartment has two bathrooms, kitchen, living and dining area, washing machine/tumbler in the apartment and cellar compartment.
Nearby there are: train station, bus stop, Migros, pharmacy, bakery, restaurant/bar, other shopping options. In under 10 minutes by train to Lucerne station.
We are: Anina (biologist), Erin (student) and Patrizia (lawyer). Since I (Patrizia) will be going abroad for about 9 months, I am looking for a subtenant for my room. We like to spend time together as a trio when possible, laugh, discuss, and cook together, but we also appreciate a quiet evening alone.
We are looking for: An open and sociable person who does not see a shared apartment as just a functional community and for whom order and cleanliness are not foreign words.
The move-in date is mid-August (negotiable), the move-out date is the end of May 2026.
