We're looking for a new flatmate to join our beautiful rooftop apartment starting at the beginning of July! You'll be sharing the flat with Bruno and Clément—both friendly, easy-going, and fluent in English and French.

The apartment offers a large, open living space with two generous balconies on either side, a modern kitchen, and an airy layout that lets in plenty of natural light. It's the perfect place to relax or host friends.

Location:
Situated at Rue de Lausanne 49G in Renens, the apartment is just a 10-minute walk from Renens train station. A grocery store is 5 minutes away on foot, and the nearest bus stop to Lausanne city center is only 2 minutes from the doorstep.

Rent & Furnishings:
The rent is CHF 1,170 per month for the room. I also have some furniture available for purchase (bed, desk, and chair) at a reasonable price if needed.
