We are looking for a new roommate to join our beautiful attic apartment from the beginning of July! You will share the apartment with Bruno and Clément, two friendly and relaxed people who speak English and French.

About the apartment:
The apartment has a large open living space, two spacious balconies on each side, a modern kitchen and an airy layout that offers beautiful natural light. The ideal place to relax or receive friends.

Location:
Located at Rue de Lausanne 49G in Renens, just a 10-minute walk from Renens train station. A grocery store is a 5-minute walk away, and the nearest bus stop to reach the center of Lausanne is 2 minutes away.

Rent & Furniture:
The rent is 1'170 CHF per month for the room. I also offer some furniture (bed, desk and chair) that you can buy at a reasonable price.

Documents to provide for the application:
1. The last 3 payslips
2. Certificate of no criminal record
3. Residence permit
4. Passport or identity card

Apartment visits:
Visits are planned for Saturday, May 10, 2025 and Sunday, May 11, 2025.
