We are a company operating in the Mexican gastronomy sector and operate two restaurants in Lausanne. We rent a 3-room apartment to accommodate our Mexican chefs who come from abroad (mostly Spain) for 6-12 months.

In this context, the largest room in the apartment is available for a sublet of 1 year from May 1st. It has 40 m2 with very beautiful parquet flooring and direct access to a 15m2 terrace. The room is bright and very well soundproofed. The apartment is located 2 minutes from the Cité district and close to public transport. The building is relatively new and well maintained. The room is very simply furnished, with a bed, a table, some chairs and a new mattress. The apartment has a high-speed internet connection.

We are looking for a trustworthy person who is looking for a place to live while looking for something else. The sublet should be for a maximum of one year, by agreement with the owner of the apartment.
