We are renting a room in our shared apartment in Winterthur. It has an area of 9.40 m2.

We are two friends who moved to Switzerland a year ago and are currently working as installers in a solar company. We are both 100% employed and also study for an online university after work.

Therefore, we are looking for a person who can also take into account that, for example, no loud instruments or similar should be played in the afternoon or evening. We also place great importance on cleanliness and respectful interaction with each other.
