We are Alex (31, M), Laura (31, F), Matteo (27, M), and Robert (26, M) and all of us are employed. We are a sociable WG where often someone is around to chat, but everyone can also enjoy their peace in their own room. In our free time, we are generally out and about a lot; in summer we enjoy the weather outside, whether it's with sports, going for a drink, motorcycling, or whatever. We like to be out and about in Zurich. Apartment: Hohlstrasse 480, 7th floor, new building April 2015, 170m2, 6.5 rooms (5x rooms, 2x bathroom/WC with 1x shower and 1x bathtub, as well as washing machine and dryer, 1x kitchen/living room, 1x loggia. Furnishings include: TV (65") with sound system, wardrobes in the hallway, well-equipped kitchen, etc. The room is 19.5 m2 large (top left on the floor plan). The rent is around CHF 970.- including utilities / internet / TV / Serafe. Parking spaces are optionally available: car: from CHF 200.- and motorcycle: 50.-. Nearby, within walking distance, there is the Letzipark shopping center, the Altstetten train station with Migros Express or Coop Pronto, and many more. We are also excellently connected here! The bus stops Letzibach (in both directions) are right in front of the front door (Bus 31). We are looking for a suitable roommate from June 1st.
