We are undergoing some changes – currently, a room is becoming available, and perhaps another one soon.
We are Mia, Mika, and Ela – three working women, all over 30, with a loving view of community and a desire for a quiet, relaxing home.

Our apartment is a 2-story maisonette with 5.5 rooms, located on the 5th/6th floor, with two large balconies and plenty of light. Shopping facilities, 3 bus lines (31, 89, and 83), and tram 2 are just around the corner – so you are well connected.

We are looking for a fourth person who is also employed, over 30, positive, and mindful – someone who looks forward to a relaxed shared living experience, where you enjoy seeing each other but also have space for yourself.

• Move-in: from June 1
• Duration: preferably long-term – limited for 1 or several months is also possible
• The apartment is 145sqm, all private rooms are the same size, about 13sqm
• Location: 8048, near Letzipark
