Single room for rent - 4422 Arisdorf

The two rooms are free from July 1st and are located in a charming farmhouse in Arisdorf. Since I'm moving out in the medium term, it's a special situation and leaves some rental ideas open. Maybe you're just looking for something for the next few months or you can imagine taking over the house's rental agreement and maybe starting a shared flat yourself?
The two rooms + bathroom cost CHF 800
It has a garden and courtyard for joint design and use.
I can also imagine renting out only the smaller room or if you are a weekly guest, the rent will be reduced accordingly.
Good communication and reliability are important to me. Since I have 2 dogs, I assume that you like dogs. Since one of the two is very shy, only a calm and composed person is suitable. It is also important to me that you are in employment.
