I am renting a bright, large shared room in a beautifully furnished 3.5-room apartment in Dübendorf. The apartment is modern, well-maintained and fully furnished, and it is located on the top (6th) floor. There is a private laundry tower in the apartment. The large balcony overlooks a busy street.

About me
I am a 43-year-old working woman from the north and work in a management position in Zurich Seefeld. We can communicate in English or German. Two days a week I work from home. For fun I go dancing and to the gym. I am studying interior design and it is very important to me to have a beautiful and always clean home.

Who I am looking for

✔ Permanent employment with proof of income
✔ Short-term contracts (~3 months) are preferred, longer contracts are also possible
✔ Weekly residents are welcome – but at the same rental price
✔ Preferably over 30, non-smokers preferred
