The room is approximately 12m2 in size, has high ceilings, and a beautiful view over the city.
The room is unfurnished, only the lamp remains. In the hallway, there is a large wardrobe that belongs to the room.

The room is located in a 4.5-room apartment on the 2nd floor with an elevator. The apartment is fully furnished and has a large living room, with an open kitchen and a large balcony. The kitchen is fully equipped and has a dishwasher.

Every two weeks, a cleaning lady comes to clean the apartment. We share the costs for this, which are about 100 francs per month, in addition to the rent.

We are looking for a respectful, open-minded person who already has shared living experience and is looking for a long-term apartment.

NO short-term or interim rentals!

We are Carlo and Daniel, both in our 30s. We value living together.
