In the Rudelvilla there is room for new people and views!
Do you want to be part of a quirky shared flat and live in an old villa with a park?
Then see if we fit together:
An inclusive attitude is important to us. We are a patchwork pack and are engaged with many topics: feminism, living on the autism spectrum, animal rights, LGBTQIA+, Black Lives Matter, and curiosity about what you bring in.
We enjoy engaging in conversations, challenging each other, and moving together. We appreciate mutual consideration and also the retreat options that the large house offers.
From time to time we eat together, sometimes we game together or play a nerdy board game, organize villa parties, and then celebrate the peace and shade of the trees in the hammock. According to the motto: much can, nothing must.
We are:
We are looking for the two rooms:
The house:
It is an old factory owner's villa that has only been gently renovated and renewed. On three floors, the 9 bedrooms are distributed with plenty of light and a view of the greenery. Outside there is a large garden with plenty of space and a small pavilion. Right next to the park flows the Töss.
On the ground floor, we share a kitchen, a dining room, a pantry, and a living room as well as a small library. Two large cellars invite you to hobby crafting, and in the attic, there is not only plenty of storage space but also a cozy sitting area and a mini fitness area. We share all(!) a bathroom besides two separate toilets, heating is done with wood and partially with electric radiators.
You can apply for one room or both. Move-in is possible immediately or by arrangement.
The rooms are not furnished. The prices include Serafe, internet, wood, and electricity, but we reserve the right to adjust the ancillary costs in case of exorbitant electricity consumption.
We wish that inclusion and diversity are very important to you. In addition, we prefer people who are willing to contribute financially to the shared vegan pantry and food shopping, who would like to be cooked for occasionally, and who also occasionally cook themselves.
Viewings are often possible by appointment.
